Terms and Conditions of Sale

Preamble
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "Terms") govern the contractual relationship between SCABLD LLP, publisher of the Buldoz platform accessible at https://buldoz.io, and any professional (hereinafter the "Customer") wishing to acquire commercial leads via the platform.

Article 1 - Definitions
- Platform: refers to the Buldoz website accessible at buldoz.io and all of its features.
- Customer: refers to any professional registered on the Platform and purchasing Leads.
- Lead: refers to a qualified commercial opportunity, corresponding to a quote or contact request from a potential prospect.
- Order: refers to the purchase of one or more Leads by the Customer via the Platform.
- Marketplace: refers to the section of the Platform where Leads are offered for sale.
Article 2 - Purpose
These Terms aim to define the conditions under which SCABLD LLP provides the Customer with qualified commercial Leads via the Buldoz Platform.
Article 3 - Acceptance of Terms
Use of the Platform and any Order imply unreserved acceptance of these Terms by the Customer.
The Customer acknowledges having read the Terms and accepts them by checking the box provided for this purpose during registration or first Order.
SCABLD LLP reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The applicable Terms are those in force at the time the Order is placed.
Article 4 - Registration and User Account
4.1 Account Creation
To access the Services, the Customer must create an account by providing accurate and up-to-date information, including:
- Representative's surname and first name
- Company name
- Professional email address
- Sector of activity
- Contact details
4.2 Customer Obligations
The Customer undertakes to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Keep their information up to date
- Maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials
- Immediately inform SCABLD LLP of any unauthorized use of their account
4.3 Account Suspension and Termination
SCABLD LLP reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account in case of:
- Violation of these Terms
- Provision of false or misleading information
- Fraudulent use of the Platform
- Non-payment of Orders
Article 5 - Description of Services
5.1 Nature of Leads
Buldoz offers qualified commercial Leads, generated by:
- Online quote request forms
- Targeted marketing campaigns
- Partnerships with specialized websites
Each Lead contains prospect information such as:
- Contact details (name, email, phone)
- Nature of the project or request
- Geographical location
- Additional information depending on the sector of activity
5.2 Lead Qualification
SCABLD LLP undertakes to provide Leads meeting the following qualification criteria:
- Real and recent request (less than 48 hours)
- Valid and verified contact details
- Match with the Customer's sector of activity
5.3 Exclusivity
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Leads are not sold exclusively. The same Lead may be offered to several Customers operating in the same sector of activity.
Article 6 - Order and Purchase Process
6.1 Lead Selection
The Customer can browse available Leads on the Marketplace and select those matching their criteria (sector, location, project type, etc.).
6.2 Placing an Order
To purchase a Lead, the Customer must:
- Select the desired Lead(s)
- Review their order summary
- Proceed to payment
6.3 Order Validation
The order is final only after payment validation. An order confirmation is sent by email to the Customer.
6.4 Access to Purchased Leads
Once payment is validated, the Customer has immediate access to the complete Lead information via their personal space on the Platform.
Article 7 - Price and Payment
7.1 Price
Lead prices are indicated in euros (EUR) or pounds sterling (GBP), all taxes included (TTC).
Prices are displayed on the Platform and may vary depending on:
- The sector of activity
- The quality and completeness of the Lead
- Geographical location
- Qualification level
SCABLD LLP reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the applicable price is that in force at the time of the Order.
7.2 Payment Terms
Payment is made exclusively online via the secure payment solution Stripe.
Accepted payment methods are:
- Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Bank transfers (subject to conditions)
SCABLD LLP does not retain any banking information. All transactions are managed by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS security standards.
7.3 Invoicing
An invoice is issued for each Order and is accessible in the Customer's personal space.
The invoice mentions:
- Customer information
- Description of purchased Leads
- Total amount including tax
- Purchase date
Article 8 - Guarantees and Lead Quality
8.1 Quality Commitment
SCABLD LLP undertakes to provide Leads meeting the qualification criteria defined in Article 5.2.
8.2 Complaints
In case of non-compliant Lead (invalid contact details, duplicate, inconsistent information), the Customer may file a complaint within 7 days following the purchase, providing:
- The Order number
- The identifier of the Lead concerned
- A detailed description of the problem
- Supporting evidence (screenshots, bounce emails, etc.)
8.3 Refund or Credit
After verification of the complaint, SCABLD LLP may, at its discretion:
- Refund the amount of the Lead concerned
- Credit the Customer's account with the equivalent amount
- Offer a replacement Lead
No complaint will be accepted after the 7-day period or in the absence of sufficient evidence.
8.4 Limitation of Warranty
SCABLD LLP does not guarantee:
- The conclusion of a sale or contract with the prospect
- The immediate availability of the prospect
- The absence of competition with other service providers contacted by the prospect
The Customer acknowledges that purchasing a Lead constitutes a commercial opportunity and not a guarantee of results.
Article 9 - Responsibilities
9.1 SCABLD LLP's Responsibility
SCABLD LLP undertakes to implement all necessary means to ensure the quality and compliance of the Leads provided.
However, SCABLD LLP cannot be held responsible for:
- Temporary inability to access the Platform for maintenance or force majeure reasons
- Indirect damages resulting from the use or impossibility of using the Platform
- The behavior of prospects or third parties
- Loss of commercial opportunities or turnover
In any case, SCABLD LLP's liability is limited to the amount of the Order concerned.
9.2 Customer Responsibility
The Customer is solely responsible for:
- The use of purchased Leads
- Compliance with applicable regulations regarding commercial prospecting and personal data protection (GDPR)
- The quality of their contact with prospects
The Customer undertakes not to use Lead information for unlawful purposes or contrary to good morals.
Article 10 - Personal Data Protection
10.1 Data Processing
SCABLD LLP and the Customer process personal data in the context of executing these Terms.
Each party undertakes to comply with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK Data Protection Act 2018.
10.2 Customer Data
The Customer's personal data collected during registration is used for:
- Managing their account
- Processing their Orders
- Invoicing
- Communicating information relating to the Services

10.3 Lead Data
The Customer, as data controller, undertakes to:
- Use Lead data in accordance with GDPR
- Respect the rights of data subjects (access, rectification, erasure, etc.)
- Not transfer, rent, or sell Lead data to third parties
- Implement appropriate security measures
SCABLD LLP acts as a data processor when providing Leads and guarantees that data has been collected lawfully.
10.4 Retention Period
The Customer may only retain Lead data for the period strictly necessary for commercial prospecting purposes, in accordance with the recommendations of CNIL and ICO (Information Commissioner's Office).
Article 11 - Intellectual Property
11.1 SCABLD LLP Rights
The entire Platform (structure, design, texts, images, logos, trademarks, etc.) is the exclusive property of SCABLD LLP or its partners.
Any unauthorized reproduction, representation, modification, or exploitation is prohibited and constitutes infringement.
11.2 License to Use
SCABLD LLP grants the Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Platform, solely for the use intended by these Terms.
Article 12 - Duration and Termination
12.1 Duration
This contract is concluded for an indefinite period from the Customer's registration.
12.2 Termination by Customer
The Customer may terminate their account at any time by sending a request by email to contact@buldoz.io.
Termination takes effect immediately. Orders in progress remain governed by these Terms.
12.3 Termination by SCABLD LLP
SCABLD LLP may terminate the Customer's account in case of:
- Serious breach of these Terms
- Non-payment
- Fraudulent use of the Platform
Termination takes effect after 15 days' notice, except in case of serious fault.
12.4 Consequences of Termination
In case of termination, the Customer loses access to their account and Order history.
No refund is due for Leads already purchased.
Article 13 - Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with regulations applicable to distance contracts, the Customer benefits from a 14-day right of withdrawal.
However, this right does not apply to Leads, which constitute digital content not provided on a physical medium and whose provision begins immediately after the Order, with the Customer's express consent.
By accepting these Terms, the Customer expressly waives their right of withdrawal for purchased Leads.
Article 14 - Terms Modifications
SCABLD LLP reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Modifications take effect upon their publication on the Platform.
The Customer will be informed of major modifications by email or via a notification on the Platform.
Continued use of the Platform after modification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Article 15 - Force Majeure
Neither party shall be held liable for any delay or non-performance resulting from a force majeure event as defined by English case law.
In case of force majeure, the performance of obligations will be suspended for the duration of the event.
Article 16 - Entirety and Severability
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
If one or more provisions of the Terms are declared null or unenforceable, the other provisions shall remain in force.
Article 17 - Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
17.1 Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by English law.
17.2 Mediation
In case of dispute, the Customer and SCABLD LLP will endeavor to find an amicable solution.
17.3 Jurisdiction
Failing amicable agreement, any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.

By using the Buldoz Platform and placing an order, you acknowledge having read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
